Booking Tips

Here are just a few handy points to bear in mind when booking a Private Charter Cruise with us:

 

  • Please try to have a number of different dates and times available for your cruise in case the date or time you want is already taken.

Time slots for departures as a guide are 09:00, 12:00, 15:00 and 18:00 hours.

These can be altered to suit your itinerary.

 

  • If you enquire to see if a date and time slot is free for your cruise and request a quote we cannot hold the date for you until you have confirmed you require it and have sent a deposit.

 

  • We require a deposit of £50 to £100 (depending on type and length of your cruise) to secure your trip and departure date.

 

  • We require your outstanding balance for your Private Charter Cruise, seven working days before departure, along with your final passenger numbers and menu choices (if relevant).

No reduction in cost can be made after this point.

 

  • All the vessels in the fleet are non-smoking.

  • We require full payment at the time of booking for every passenger travelling in your party.

  • A full payment for all passengers is required at the time of booking your scheduled cruise place(s).

 

  • If you or any member of your party cannot attend you must inform us seven working days before the cruise.  Otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund and will still be charged.

 

  • You should advise us when making the booking of the number of fixed wheelchair users embarking on the cruise.  Disabled access by way of lifts is accessible to all on board the Spirit of Freedom.

 

  • The skipper of the vessel shall be in sole charge for the duration of the hire and you and all members of your party will comply with the lawful commands of the skipper and his crew.

 

  • You and all members of your party must conduct themselves properly at all times whilst on board and must take account of their own safety and that of other passengers.

 

  • You will be liable to us for any damage caused to a vessel or any of the vessels fixtures and fittings. Any unreasonable conduct or behaviour, the persons concerned will be asked to disembark at the earliest opportunity or be refused to board at the gangway.
